Frequently asked questions
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
There are no travel fees for any of my outdoor locations I recommend in my preparation guide.
In home sessions include complimentary travel up to 15kms from Aberfoyle Park. For in home sessions outside of this radius, there is a small travel fee to cover the additional expenses.
I'm super awkward, can you give me direction in the photos?
I am absolutely happy to do this if this helps you to feel more comfortable. However, the real magic happens when we let go, and let things unfold authentically. The "in between" moments are always the best. Try not to overthink things too much. You're in the best of hands, I promise!
Do you sell physical products?
I sure do! Your photos deserve to be on your walls, in albums, and in your hands, instead of just sitting there in your phone. So I have a beautiful product range with gorgeous keepsakes such as wall art, albums, prints, and so much more! 7 days after your session, we will have an ordering appointment, and you will pick out your digital images included within your package at this appointment (you also have the option to upgrade to the full gallery at the ordering appointment if you wish).
All of my packages include a print credit, so this can be used towards the purchase of any of my products. This is done via an online store in your gallery that is set up for you to place your order in your own time. So it's a super easy process!
How long does it take to receive my final gallery?
I pride myself in providing an elevated client experience from start to finish. That means I don't keep my clients waiting for long periods of time for their photos. Your purchased images are ready within 1 WEEK from your session date. If you upgrade your gallery, this timeframe will increase slightly depending on the number of additional images you purchase, or if you're purchasing the whole gallery. (However this might only be an extra day or two). I am fast, and efficient regardless.
Keepsake films are delivered within 4 weeks from your session date.
